1. Once purchased, festival tickets are non-refundable.
2. The festival will open at 2.30pm and close at 10.00pm.
3. Alcohol sales will cease at 9.45pm.
4. Ales, cider and wine will only be served in the official souvenir handle that is issued for the festival.
5. Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 years and over.
6. Those aged under 18 years will only be admitted if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must remain under direct supervision.
7. Patrons are prohibited from bringing into the festival food, alcohol, drugs and party pills and must agree to a search for and confiscation of any such items.
8. Patrons may be refused entry or removed from the festival for offensive or disorderly behaviour, intoxication, the wearing of inappropriate clothing or any other reason as shall be determined by the organisers.
9. Gazebos, large freestanding style umbrellas and outdoor furniture must not be brought into the festival.
10. Footwear must be worn by patrons at all times whilst at the festival.
